2U Transit is a locally owned and operated Paratransit service located in Durham, North Carolina. We offer affordable, safe and reliable door-to-door transportation to the mobility-impaired (wheelchair, scooter and walker users), in and around the Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill area. As 2U Transit is a privately owned organization, we are able to provide services to any and all special needs individuals. Further, 2U Transit will serve the entire Research Triangle Park community-it is one of the few Paratransit services that can offer inter- and intra-county service without restriction.
2U Transit takes customer and quality service very seriously. Above all else, the safety, needs, comfort and satisfaction of the customer are paramount. There is strict policy, from courteous customer interaction (by phone and in person) and timeliness of pickups to driver dress code and cleanliness of vehicles. These standards are based on feedback from users of Paratransit organizations, and are the cornerstone of 2U Transit’s organization and management style. We welcome any and all comments.
2U Transit offers competitive rates and scheduling. Fares are paid per trip or on a subscription basis. Hours of operation are based on demand.
